Terms and Conditions of Sale
Sea Sarda Travel by TLT srl – Route 125 Sardinia
This document governs the sale of tourist services offered by Sea Sarda Travel (hereinafter "the Organizer") through the Route 125 Sardinia website (www.route125sardinia.com). Booking services implies full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Object of the Service
The Organizer offers the following services:
- Stays: Book selected vacation homes and hotels.
- Transfer: Transport service to/from airports and ports.
- Day Trips and Tours: Food and wine, cultural, and nature activities.
2. Reservations and Payments
- Confirmation: The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment (deposit or full balance) and the relevant confirmation email.
- Payment methods: Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods indicated during checkout.
- Balance: For stays, the balance must be received by the deadline indicated in the rental agreement or booking confirmation.
3. Day Trips and Tours
- Schedule and Punctuality: Customers are required to arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time. If they are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
- Weather Conditions: If an excursion is canceled by the Organizer due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather for boat tours or other), the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the fee paid for the activity.
- Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to change the itinerary for safety or logistical reasons, while still guaranteeing the quality of the service.
3.1 Special Food and Wine Tours: Allergies and Intolerances
· Notification Requirement: The customer is required to notify the Organizer of any allergies, food intolerances, or specific dietary requirements (e.g., celiac disease, nut allergies, vegetarian diets, etc.) at the time of booking or, at the latest, within 48 hours of the start of the activity.
· Customer Responsibility: In the absence of prior communication, the Organizer and the partners involved (wineries, farmhouses, local producers) will not be able to guarantee the provision of suitable alternatives and will not be responsible for any adverse reactions.
· Limitations: Although Sea Sarda Travel collaborates with selected partners, in some traditional settings or outdoor tastings, the total absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Customers with severe allergies are required to personally assess the risk and bring any necessary life-saving medications.
4. Transfer Services
- Flight Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct flight times and numbers.
- Waiting times: The driver will wait for the customer for up to 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time. Any flight delays must be reported promptly.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise indicated in the individual service sheet:
- Excursions and Tours: 100% refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the activity start time. After this time, a 100% penalty is applied. Cancellation and refund requests, or rescheduling requests, must be submitted by email to booking@route125sardinia.com, indicating the name and surname of the person booking and the booking number. Refunds will be issued via a voucher for the same amount, to be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
- Stays (Holiday Homes/Hotels): The specific penalties indicated at the time of booking apply (variable based on the season and the structure).
- No Show: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the total loss of the amount paid.
6. Responsibility
- The Organizer is not responsible for damage to persons or property caused by third parties or by reckless behavior of participants during the tours.
- For activities involving trekking or nature trails, the customer declares that he or she is in a fit state of health to undertake the chosen activity.
7. Insurance
Sea Sarda Travel by TLT srl is covered by professional liability insurance in accordance with regional and national tour operator laws. Customers are strongly advised to take out supplemental travel cancellation and medical insurance.
8. Complaints and Jurisdiction
Any disputes must be reported promptly during the service. For any legal disputes, the competent court is the Court of Cagliari.
